1. Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional sales
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags
- Custom or personalized items
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us via Instagram @brvno_officials within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- BRVNO_OFFICIALS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
- Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
7. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Indicate that you'd like an exchange and specify the size/color
- We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- If the item you want is unavailable, we'll issue a refund
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect/damage
- We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- You'll receive a full refund or replacement
- Report defects within 7 days of delivery
9. Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We'll arrange for a free return pickup
- We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost
- You'll receive a full refund if the correct item is unavailable
10. International Returns
For international orders:
- Same return policy applies (30 days)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will not include original shipping charges or customs duties paid
- Contact us for specific return instructions for your country
11. Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit:
- Store credit is issued as a discount code
- No expiration date on store credit
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Store credit is non-transferable
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us via Instagram
